Salary: P80,000 to P110,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • With at least 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator
  • Proven experience in Systems and Infrastructure Support
  • Experience in core services such as Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS
  • Experience in Windows Server and Operating Systems, Virtualization technologies, Cloud, and Network
  • ITIL Certification and etc.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working in a Managed Services Provider /or Retailing Industry.
  • Understanding of ITIL Framework and process.
  • Experience working in larger support and monitoring teams.

What will you do?

  • Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and administration of assigned systems.
  • Adherence to policies, processes, and procedures within the designated areas of responsibility.
  • Development and maintenance of documentation for Infrastructure support
  • Contribute to the continuous monitoring of Systems & Infrastructure
  • Coordination with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve incidents.
  • Execution of routing maintenance and admin tasks
  • Work closely with other IT department functions to deliver exceptional services across the business.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both key stakeholders and vendors.
