Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR processes and policies to support a growing, innovation-focused organization. This part-time remote role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, coordinating performance and feedback processes, and supporting leadership in workforce planning. The Human Resources Manager will maintain employee records, ensure compliance with employment laws and internal guidelines, and help shape a positive, inclusive culture aligned with the company’s values. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve refining HR procedures, advising on employee relations matters, and contributing to training and development initiatives for distributed teams.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and policy development for remote and flexible workforces.
- Skills in performance management, feedback processes, and workforce planning.
- Ability to design and support training, development, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with small, high-growth, or innovation-driven organizations is beneficial.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software tools and remote collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
