Business Analyst / Product Owner | FinTech | Fully Remote (Europe)

I'm currently working exclusively with an established FinTech client that is continuing to invest heavily in its engineering and product teams as it expands a modern financial services platform used across multiple international markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst or Product Owner who enjoys working on complex products that genuinely make an impact. Rather than supporting a single application, you'll be involved in shaping a broad fintech ecosystem covering digital payments, core banking, lending, account management, open banking, KYC/AML integrations, wealth management and investment products.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Banking Operations, Compliance and business stakeholders, helping to define product direction while translating business requirements into clear, high-quality functional specifications for development teams.

The role requires someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, challenging requirements where appropriate, and breaking large initiatives into manageable deliverables. You'll have the opportunity to influence products throughout their entire lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery, testing and product demonstrations.

We're particularly interested in people with experience in one or more of the following:

• Core Banking

• Payments

• Lending / Loans / Credit

• Overdraft products

• Ledger Accounts / General Ledger (GL)

• Wealth Management

• Trading or Treasury platforms

• Banking or Financial Services

• FinTech products

From a technical and delivery perspective you'll ideally have experience with:

• Requirements Gathering

• Functional Specifications

• User Stories & Acceptance Criteria

• Agile / Scrum

• BPMN

• APIs and Systems Integration

• SQL

• SDLC

• UAT

• Jira, Confluence or YouTrack

• Working closely with Software Engineers and cross-functional delivery teams

The successful candidate will be analytical, commercially aware and comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll enjoy taking ownership, thinking beyond the immediate requirement and contributing to the evolution of modern financial products.

The package includes:

• €40,000–€54,000 per year (B2B)
