We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads. You will analyze data, identify trends, and leverage your expertise to maximize ROI and achieve our marketing objectives.

 Responsibilities

✦ Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with business goals.

✦ Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.

✦ Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics and interests.

✦ Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.

✦ Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.

✦ Generate detailed reports and provide insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.

✦ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

✦ Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives.

✦ Negotiate ad placements and pricing with media partners.

✦ A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize conversion rates.‍‍

 Qualifications

✦ English language - Advanced (C1)

✦ Slovak language - Intermediate (B1)

✦ Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role.

✦ Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and their functionalities, especially Facebook Ads.

✦ Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).

✦ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

✦ Detail-oriented and highly organized.
