Position Title: Senior Software Engineer – Robotics Software Engineer Location: On-site – San Francisco (5 days/week in office) Position Type: Full-Time (Permanent) Work Policy: On-site (relocation assistance $5k–$10k available; not open to OPT) Start Timeline: ASAP Compensation
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000
- Equity: Offered (no bonus program) Role Summary We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to work on autonomous robotics software with a focus on surgical applications. This role requires developing controls, planning, and ML algorithms for high-accuracy execution, along with interfaces for users. You will work on a small, highly technical team where contributions have immediate impact. Tech Stack

- Write clean, high-quality, maintainable, and high-performance code
- Develop and support robotics software, database integration, interfaces, and new features
- Architect robust software systems
- Support testing and deployment

- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field
- 3+ years of relevant robotics experience
- Expertise in C++ and/or Python
- Strong coding fundamentals
- Experience working with Linux-based systems
