Delivery Manager - Payments

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in Payments to join an international team and lead the successful delivery of strategic initiatives within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs within the Payments ecosystem.
• Establish and manage project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, Operations, and external partners.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure successful execution while aligning delivery with strategic business objectives.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive-level reporting.
• Identify delivery risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, delivery processes, and quality requirements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain effective communication at all organizational levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across delivery practices.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Project Governance.
• Proven experience delivering Payments projects within Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of payment processes, platforms, and operational workflows.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience with governance reporting, KPIs, and delivery performance tracking.
• Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

You will work 100% remotely from wherever you decide. Sometimes you may have face-to-face meetings and for that reason you have to reside in Spain or in the European Union.
