Digital Strategy Co® is looking for a passionate React Native + Node.js Mobile App Developer to join our growing technology team. You'll work on modern mobile applications that solve real-world problems while collaborating with experienced product leaders, designers, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Design and develop secure backend APIs using Node.js
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Work with MongoDB and other databases to design efficient data models
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
- Write clean, reusable, well-documented code following industry best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver new features on schedule
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of professional experience developing mobile applications
- Strong experience with React Native
- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern development practices
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs
- Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have Skills
Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:
- DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Application deployment on DigitalOcean, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
- Docker and containerization
- Load balancing and horizontal application scaling
- Performance optimization and caching

- Authentication and security best practices (JWT, OAuth)
- Push notifications and Firebase integration
