About The Role
As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a key role in architecting, designing, and implementing complex software solutions using the .NET framework. You will lead a team of developers, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable and maintainable software applications using C# and the .NET framework
- Architect solutions that adhere to best practices, performance standards, and security requirements
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and create technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in existing software applications
- Implement automated tests and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure software quality and reliability
- Keep up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, trends, and industry best practices
- Document architectural designs, technical decisions, and codebases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core for web application development
- Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Availability can be 20 to 40 hours per week
