Digital Marketing Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a digital marketing specialist with 2 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a retail organization in Florida. This role is 100% remote EST. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute customer engagement initiatives through the CDP, delivering targeted email and SMS communications.
- Generate weekly CRM and marketing campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain CRM audience segments using customer insights and data analytics to ensure precise market targeting and personalization.
- Develop engaging subject lines, preview text, and SMS content that reflect brand voice and support campaign goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
- Proficiency with an enterprise-level ESP (Experience with SendGrid or, Klaviyo, is a plus).
- Experience in creating, updating workflows, working with dynamic templates, and creating segment.
- The ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in email and SMS, particularly in CPG, B2C e-Commerce & retail based businesses.
Employment Type: 3 month contract
Compensation: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
