24/7 Technical Support Engineer – Fully remote - £35k (Mandarin/Cantonese speaking)

Due to the growth of the business and establishing themselves as a market leading platform, they require a 24/7 Technical Support Engineer to help them with their multi-cloud environment.


This will be in a team of 5 in the UK, the 24/7 technical support engineer will be acting as a bridge between development team and clients/account management team


What they're looking for...

  • Hands-on support experience in AWS/ Azure
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java
  • Strong experience in Linux and Terraform
  • Understanding of full-stack web/mobile, including protocols and web server optimization standard
  • Need to be able to speak in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
