About the Role
Logisek is looking for a Penetration Tester with a strong interest in offensive security and a commitment to continuous professional development.
In this role, you will work alongside experienced security professionals, contribute to penetration-testing and vulnerability-assessment engagements, and develop both your technical and consulting capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work independently while receiving guidance and support on more complex assignments.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and conduct penetration tests and vulnerability assessments across applications, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Identify, validate, and document security vulnerabilities and their potential business impact.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and actionable technical reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues throughout engagement planning, execution, reporting, and quality-assurance activities.
- Keep your knowledge of offensive-security techniques, tools, and methodologies up to date.
- Follow professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards during all engagements.

What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in penetration testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- The ability to produce clear and well-structured technical documentation.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Eligibility to obtain any security clearance required for NATO-related projects.
