Job Description


Location: Bali, Indonesia (On-site only)

Duration: 4-6 months

Compensation: Unpaid Internship (with potential for full-time transition)

Join us in Bali to support talent acquisition and people operations across our portfolio. This role

is for individuals who want hands-on experience building recruitment systems and supporting

HR functions in a high-growth environment. You will work with leadership to attract top global

talent and contribute to the operational infrastructure that supports our expanding portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to
  • coordinating interviews and onboarding.
  • Write and optimize job descriptions to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support people operations initiatives, including employee engagement and policy
  • development.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate candidate screening, personalize outreach, and
  • streamline HR workflows.


Role Relevant Skills:

  • You are currently pursuing, or have recently completed, your Bachelor's/Master's
  • degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in Human Resources, sustainability, entrepreneurship, AI,
  • and innovation.
  • Data-driven decision making: Use data and analytics to make informed decisions
  • regarding hiring, candidate evaluation, and HR process improvements.
  • Candidate sourcing & screening: Strong skills in identifying and evaluating top
  • talent using various platforms and techniques.
  • Interview coordination: Ability to organize and facilitate interviews, ensuring smooth
  • communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • People operations knowledge: Experience in supporting employee engagement,
  • policy development, and implementing HR best practices.
  • Communication skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with candidates,
  • hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment
  • experience.
  • Organization and time management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks
  • and HR projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and supporting the team.

Important Note: This is an unpaid internship. We do not cover accommodation, visa, or flights.
