Urban Ground - A Berlin-based residential-rental company operating hundreds of homes in Germany. We use technology and automation to streamline leasing, tenant support, maintenance and operational workflows.

What You'll Do
Depending on your track, you may work on:
- AI and voice-agent evaluations
- Production-call and failure analysis
- Backend bug fixes and small product features
- Automated testing and regression suites
- Internal tools, dashboards and alerts
- Workflow automation and data reconciliation
- Monitoring, logging and production debugging
- API integrations
- AI-agent workflows and automations
- Production support and incident resolution

This is not a training programme where you'll spend months shadowing someone.
You will be expected to:

Working Model
The selected candidates will relocate to Goa for the first 6 months and work closely with our existing engineering team.
This period is designed to provide:
- close mentorship,

What Success Looks Like
Within the first three months, you should be able to:
- Investigate production issues independently
- Write automated tests and regression scenarios
- Deliver small features and bug fixes through pull requests
- Take ownership of clearly defined workstreams
- Require progressively less supervision from senior engineers
