Negotiate fair, performance-aligned commercial terms, whitelisting rights, and commission structures with creators of all tiers
Manage end-to-end logistics of the creator program including product seeding, contract tracking, and custom affiliate link/code generation
Build genuine, long-term relationships with top-performing creators to turn one-off postings into brand ambassadorships
Act as main point of contact for creators, educating them on product benefits, brand guidelines, and compliance protocols
Analyze and optimize the affiliate and influencer program using platforms like Shopify, Refersion, Social Snowball, or Grin
Monitor key metrics including ROI per creator, referral revenue, and content output volume
Collaborate with media buying and creative teams to pass winning organic creator content into paid advertising campaigns

Our cleint is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer (D2C) health and wellness brand dedicated to delivering premium, high-impact products to our community. We believe community, authenticity, and word-of-mouth are our greatest growth levers. We are looking for an ambitious, organized builder to spearhead our creator and affiliate engine and scale it into a high-volume revenue channel.

## Position Overview

We are seeking an organic growth driver to lead our influencer and affiliate outreach, scale our existing network, and manage what will become a thriving "creator army." This role requires equal parts relational empathy, relentless outreach volume, and meticulous logistics management. You will be responsible for sourcing creators, negotiating partnerships, managing product seeding, tracking affiliate revenue, and ensuring a constant stream of high-quality organic content flows back into our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outreach & Network Building
  • Actively scout, vet, and recruit an ongoing pipeline of influencers, UGC creators, affiliates, and health/wellness advocates who align with our brand values.
  • Execute persistent, high-volume personalized outreach via Instagram DM, email, and creator platforms to constantly seed the brand to new audiences.
  • Negotiate fair, performance-aligned commercial terms, whitelisting rights, and commission structures with creators of all tiers (nano to macro).
  • Creator Army Management & Relationship Operations
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics of our creator program, including product seeding, contract tracking, and custom affiliate link/code generation.
  • Build genuine, long-term relationships with our top-performing creators to turn one-off postings into long-term brand ambassadorships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our creators, ensuring they are educated on product benefits, brand guidelines, and compliance protocols.
  • Performance Tracking & Revenue Optimization
  • Analyze and optimize our affiliate and influencer program using platforms like Shopify, Refersion, Social Snowball, or Grin.
  • Monitor key metrics including ROI per creator, referral revenue, and content output volume.
  • Collaborate closely with our media buying and creative team to pass winning organic creator content over to be used in paid advertising campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

  • D2C Creator Experience: 2+ years of dedicated experience managing influencer marketing, affiliate networks, or brand ambassador programs for a D2C brand. Experience in health and wellness is a massive advantage.
  • Relentless Execution: You understand that influencer marketing is a volume and relationship game. You are entirely comfortable managing dozens of conversations simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • Highly Organized: You love spreadsheets, CRM pipelines, and automated tracking. You can manage product fulfillment, contract tracking, and commission payouts seamlessly.
  • Flawless Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills, with the ability to match our brand’s voice—warm, professional, and cultural savvy—when pitching creators.
