Review monthly account reports, highlighting trends, surfacing issues, and recommending next steps for performance improvement.
Manage ad campaign-related requests created for internal teams, ensuring clear communication, follow-up, and quality control.
Prepare for client reporting and escalation calls by consolidating performance insights, reviewing metrics, and building supporting decks as needed.
Attend client calls to review performance, align on strategy, and address questions alongside the Account Manager.
Attend internal touchpoints including biweekly 1:1s, weekly team meetings, and monthly company-wide updates.
Contribute to cross-team initiatives, process improvements, and new projects as business needs evolve.

Job Description 

We’re growing fast in the dental marketing space — bringing modern, SaaS-level execution to an industry that’s been stuck in the past. The opportunity is wide open, and we’re looking for people who can move fast, execute hard, and help us capture it. 

The Digital Ads Specialist is a proactive problem solver who owns the strategic direction, execution, and performance of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for a portfolio of dental clients. This role is responsible for setting launch strategies, guiding request management, leading proactive account audits, and preparing for and attending client reporting calls. This role combines tactical expertise with client communication and cross-departmental collaboration, making it a critical position on the paid media team. 


Responsibilities 

Launch Strategy

  • Set the strategic direction for new ad campaign launches, including market and competitor research, campaign angle development, budget recommendations, and offer validation.
  • Prepare kickoff materials and strategy briefs, and join pre-launch prep calls with Account Manager to align on launch plans.


Execution

  • Launch new ad campaigns (primarily Google and Meta Ads) using best practices and ensuring proper integrations and conversion tracking are in place.


Reporting & Optimizations

  • Conduct proactive account audits, analyzing full-funnel performance from ad click to new patient acquisition. Identify opportunities for stronger offers, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Review monthly account reports, highlighting trends, surfacing issues, and recommending next steps for performance improvement.


Request Management

  • Manage ad campaign-related requests created for internal teams (e.g., ad creatives, conversion tracking, workflow updates, landing page updates, credit card or verification requests, etc.), ensuring clear communication, follow-up, and quality control.


Client Calls & Preparation

  • Prepare for client reporting and escalation calls by consolidating performance insights, reviewing metrics, and building supporting decks as needed.
  • Attend client calls to review performance, align on strategy, and address questions alongside the Account Manager.


Department Collaboration

  • Attend internal touchpoints including biweekly 1:1s, weekly team meetings, and monthly company-wide updates.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Contribute to cross-team initiatives, process improvements, and new projects as business needs evolve.


Qualifications 

● Technical Skills: 

○ 3+ years of experience managing high-performance local ad campaigns

○ Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local targeting strategies 

○ Experience with marketing analytics, call tracking, and conversion optimization 

○ Strong understanding of local lead generation funnels and remarketing 

○ Hands-on operator who thrives on data, testing, and iteration

● Creative mindset — willing to experiment, challenge norms, and find new wins ● Experience in dental, healthcare, or local service industries is a plus!

**Compensation for this role ranges from $50,000 - $75,000 based on experience. Performance-based bonuses are tied to individual and company results
