Summary
The Strategy Analyst is the backbone of the Portfolio Strategy team at Aviation Portfolio. This role supports client success and operational excellence by managing data, reporting, and analysis across Aviation Portfolio’s private aviation offerings. Working closely with the Chief Client Officer, this role delivers accurate market intelligence, maintains vendor and client reporting, and helps produce high-quality presentations, insights, and client-facing materials. The role also supports client onboarding, contributes to cross-functional initiatives, and assists with day-to-day priorities. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to improve efficiency, inform decision-making, and deliver a consistent client experience.
What you do
- Client Strategy: Support the team with analysis, documentation, and presentation materials across client portfolio strategy. This includes pulling and interpreting data, producing client-facing reports, and contributing materials for client meetings and renewals.
- Aviation Intelligence: Update and maintain the Company’s comprehensive proprietary database on current product offerings, costs, terms and availability of the leading private aviation vendors. Generate customized reports based on this intelligence on an as-needed basis.
- New Client Onboarding: Own the operational side of new client onboarding in close collaboration with the Chief Client Officer and the Director(s), Client Relationships. Ensure that every new client profile is built correctly in Salesforce before the relationship begins: program details, contract terms, and any other material information.
- Reporting: Generate, maintain, and improve standard and custom Salesforce reports for internal use and client distribution. Surface meaningful patterns in the data and flag anything that warrants attention.

What you bring
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high standard for accuracy and detail.
- Comfort with data and reporting tools; Salesforce experience or comparable CRM proficiency is a plus.
- Clear, direct written and verbal communication. You should be able to translate complex topics and concepts into simple, actionable information.
- Experience in a remote, high-trust, fast-paced environment where you manage your own workload.
- Experience in the private aviation industry is valuable but not required.
- Background in a rigorous, analytical field such as investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or similar, is a strong plus.
How we work
- Know the Game. You're genuinely curious about the particulars of private aviation. You want to know about contracts, vendors, partners and matters impacting our clients inside and out.
- Tell the Truth. You write and speak with confidence and precision. When the answer is hard, you give it anyway.
- Make the Call. You take ownership and bias towards action. If a partner deserves an immediate update, you’d prefer to pick up the phone rather than send an email.
- Earn the Business. You think in long-term relationships, not single transactions, and you understand that client business must be earned every day, not just granted at signing.
