Company Description: Datsura is a RegTech/FinTech consultancy delivering data, analytics, and AI/ML platforms for financial regulators, banking associations, and regulated financial institutions. We're staffing a data platform modernization program for a residential mortgage/asset services client and need an Azure AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions on Microsoft's AI stack.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the team's expert on Microsoft's Agentic AI stack with hands-on experience in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and LLMs/SLMs
- Architect and build multi-agent systems that integrate cleanly into enterprise environments
- Own the application's data architecture — modeling, storage, and integration design to support scalable AI pipelines
- Partner with data engineering and product teams to ship GenAI/agentic solutions with measurable business impact
- Drive key technical and architectural decisions across projects
- Embed Responsible AI practices throughout the solution lifecycle

Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years professional experience; 5+ years with Microsoft AI technologies specifically
- Deep hands-on expertise across Azure Machine Learning, AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and Copilot Studio
- Strong foundation in statistics and data science, with practical LLM/SLM fine-tuning, deployment, and enterprise integration experience
