About The Role
Paradise Media is producing a Social Media Project for various of our Owned and Operated sites; these require the creation of video content on a daily basis. The Video Editor will be tasked with creating video content for various Social Media platforms on a daily basis, delivering it within 24 hours. These videos can vary in complexity and length depending on the specified platform. Activity on our Social Media accounts not only gains us traction across these, but serves as a way to funnel our audience to our other platforms such as subreddits and websites thus gaining more traffic and interaction for our articles.
This position can be 100% remote worldwide.
Part-time position.
Roles & Responsibilities
Create Short Video Content from Article Texts
5 - 7 one minute videos weekly
Create Short Video Content from Previously Recorded Audio Files
5 - 7 two minute videos weekly
Follow Brand Guidelines in the creation of these videos for various accounts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Videography, Fine Arts, related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven graphic design and video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity.
Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
