PING, Inc. is seeking a Customization Coordinator II is responsible for maintaining and executing the design and production of custom logos and graphics for bags and related products. This role utilizes software such as Wilcom, CorelDRAW, Media Valet, and other design platforms to create, edit, and prepare artwork for embroidery, heat transfer, and other customization methods. The coordinator ensures accuracy, compliance, quality, and timely delivery while collaborating with production, customer service, and licensing teams. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

- Create and modify custom logos and artwork using Wilcom (embroidery digitizing), CorelDRAW, and other design software.
- Convert customer artwork into production-ready files for embroidery, heat transfer, and other customization processes. Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are optimized for equipment and processes.
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards, customer specifications, and production capabilities
- Prepare artwork proofs and manage revision cycles based on feedback.
- Partner closely with Customer Service teams to interpret customer requests, artwork needs, and order specifications.
- Provide guidance on design feasibility, customization methods, and logo placement.
- Support timely communication of artwork approvals, revisions, and order updates.
- Help resolve customer issues related to artwork, design expectations, or production outcomes.
- Verify approvals for licensed logos and trademarks prior to production.
- Collaborate with licensing teams to ensure adherence to legal and brand standards. Maintain documentation and tracking of licensed assets and approvals.
- Upload, organize, and manage artwork using Media Valet or similar digital asset systems. Maintain accurate records of file versions, approvals, and licensing documentation.
- Communicate artwork requirements, timelines, and changes clearly to operators and supervisors.
- Support troubleshooting of digitizing or design-related production challenges.
- Conduct quality checks on artwork and finished products for accuracy and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and design processes.
- Stay current on software updates, design trends, and customization technologies.

- High school diploma or GED, plus a minimum 2 years’ directly related experience and/or training; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and team skills.
- Must be artistic and/or creative.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of licensing compliance and brand standards.
- Must be self-starting and able to work and complete tasks with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously, follow instructions precisely, and complete tasks accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions & constraints.
- Possess an intermediate level of computer literacy of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, TEAMS, Excel and PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn new software applications.
- Proficiency in Wilcom embroidery software (digitizing preferred) and strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW or similar vector-based design tools.
- Experience with Media Valet or digital asset management systems.
- Familiarity with PING products, product flow and organizational structure.
