Your responsibilities:

As the Head of Talent at Viva, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our talent management strategies and initiatives. We're seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader who is passionate about recruiting, training, and retaining top talent. You’ll report directly to our Co-CEO Adnan, and collaborate with our other teams.


  1. Plan and execute OKRs for all Talent functions
  2. Lead a team of 3+ direct reports across Recruitment, L&D, and People Ops
  3. Manage and improve company-wide processes for compensation, benefits, leave, retention, disciplinary matters, succession, performance management, team engagement, and community impact
  4. Analyze and own talent data metrics, making recommendations for improving productivity and performance (e.g. applications, turnover, performance ratings, engagement surveys, exit interviews).
  5. Communicate company news and updates effectively across the organization

What we're looking for:

We're seeking individuals with:

  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, human resources or psychology
  • Additional HR or data analysis education, such as a degree or certification
  • Desire for a long-term position
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience (supporting any of the following countries: Colombia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Ecuador, and El Salvador)
  • 3+ years of experience leading an HR team (as a manager or in a higher role)
  • Quick adaptability and excellent communication skills (C1 proficiency in English).
  • Experience working in remote or hybrid work environments.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in project management and HR tools (40+ WPM)
  • Expert knowledge of HR policies, regulations, compliance standards, and HR data analytics.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Power BI
  • Proven experience in managing HR KPIs such as time to hire, staff turnover, and work climate
