Location: Remote (South Africa) – supporting UK education recruitment teams

Purpose of the Role


The Education Recruitment Delivery Consultant is responsible for identifying, engaging, screening, and placing high-quality education professionals into schools across the UK. Working closely with UK-based consultants and hiring managers, you will build strong candidate pipelines, manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through to placement, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.


This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role requiring strong sourcing ability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities


Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment


Source high-quality education professionals using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and headhunting techniques.

Requirements


Person Specification


Essential


1–3 years' recruitment experience, ideally recruiting within the UK market.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong telephone and relationship-building skills.

Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and headhunting techniques.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills.

Confident using CRM/ATS systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.


Highly Desirable


Previous UK education recruitment experience.

Experience recruiting teachers, teaching assistants, SEN staff, or other education professionals.

Knowledge of the UK education sector and recruitment processes.

Experience working with UK clients and candidates.
