Conduct detailed candidate interviews to evaluate professional experience, technical qualifications, career goals, compensation expectations, motivation, and overall fit
Prepare accurate, compelling candidate summaries for presentation to clients and hiring managers
Partner with account managers and company leadership to understand client needs, position requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and interview process
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage candidate expectations, and assist with offer negotiations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals
Develop pipelines for recurring, specialized, and difficult-to-fill positions
Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
Meet or exceed established expectations related to recruiting activity, candidate submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue

StaffBright is seeking an experienced, high-performing Professional Recruiter or Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position focused primarily on recruiting professional-level talent within the engineering, finance and accounting, and information technology sectors.


Candidates must have at least three years of experience within the staffing and recruiting industry, along with a documented track record of recruiting success. Experience recruiting for direct-hire positions is strongly preferred, and previous advancement from a recruiter position into account management or another client-facing role is considered a significant advantage.


We are looking for a proven recruiter with strong career stability, excellent candidate-development skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple professional searches in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.


Candidates must reside within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones.


Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience within the staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Documented track record of success against recruiting, placement, activity, or revenue goals.
  • Strong employment tenure and a history of stability and progression.
  • Experience recruiting professional-level talent within engineering, finance and accounting, information technology, or related disciplines.
  • Direct-hire recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Previous promotion from a recruiter role into account management, business development, or another client-facing position is a plus.
  • Ability to independently manage the full recruiting lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • At least three years of staffing agency, recruiting firm, or search firm experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting and placing professional-level candidates.
  • Experience within at least one of the following recruiting areas:
  • Engineering
  • Finance and accounting
  • Information technology
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and candidate management.
  • Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other recruiting technologies.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions, priorities, and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a fully remote environment.
  • Residence within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Significant direct-hire recruiting experience.
  • Previous experience recruiting for specialized, technical, or difficult-to-fill professional positions.
  • Previous promotion from recruiting into account management, business development, team leadership, or another client-facing position.
  • Established professional candidate network within engineering, finance and accounting, or information technology.
  • Experience using Bullhorn or a comparable applicant tracking and customer relationship management platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, or a related field.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have a professional home-office environment, reliable internet access, and the ability to remain responsive and productive during established business hours.
