Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer III

Job Location: 100% REMOTE

Project Duration: 6-12 months with possible Contract to HIRE/ FTE

W2 POSITION- No C2C

Skills Required here- AWS experience, OCI (Oracle Cloud) experience a plus

Automation( python, Terraform, etc. ) and HashiCorp / CyberArk development

We're looking for a Cloud Support Engineer III (4–6 years experience) to manage customer cloud environments, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, handle escalations, mentor junior engineers, and deliver exceptional customer support.

Required Skills:

• AWS (OCI experience is a plus)

• Automation with Python, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code

• Cloud infrastructure support & troubleshooting

• Customer-facing support, incident/crisis management, and technical escalations

• Knowledge base documentation, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration

What are your top 3-5 MUST HAVEs OR REQUIRED skillset:

AWS experience, OCI experience a plus

Automation focused - python, Terraform, etc.

Bonus points if HashiCorp / CyberArk development experience
