About the Role
We're looking for a Website Developer & UX/UI Designer who can own both the technical build and the user experience of our digital properties. This is a hybrid role for someone who is equally comfortable writing PHP and CSS as they are thinking about conversion flows, page hierarchy, and design systems. You'll be responsible for evolving our custom WordPress theme, building pages inside Divi Builder, and ensuring every user-facing decision is grounded in UX best practices and performance data.
You'll work directly with the marketing team on paid media landing pages, SEO-driven content pages, gated content flows, and CRO initiatives โ and you'll be the technical authority on how all of it gets built and maintained.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility position for someone who genuinely enjoys operating at the intersection of design and development. You won't be executing tickets in a queue โ you'll be shaping how a fast-growing national healthcare brand shows up digitally, and your work will have a direct, measurable impact on patient acquisition and donor recruitment.
You'll have access to real performance data, a collaborative marketing team that understands the technical layer, and the latitude to improve things that are clearly broken. If you're a developer with a designer's eye โ or a designer who builds โ this role was written for you.
This is a full-time and fully remote position and open to candidates based in the Philippines only.
What You'll Own
WordPress Development
- WordPress theme development โ building on and extending our custom Bootstrap 5 'pin' theme using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript โ not Genesis, not a generic starter
- Divi Builder page development โ building polished, on-brand pages within Divi using code modules authored externally and pasted in; creating custom layouts that override theme defaults cleanly
- Custom functionality via WPCode โ PHP and JavaScript snippets for behavioral logic, conditional rendering, shortcodes, and post-type customizations
- Form and CRM integration โ Salesforce Web-to-Lead forms with hidden GCLID/UTM passthrough fields, field validation, and submission logic
- Site performance and Core Web Vitals โ image optimization, caching strategy, script deferral, and load time improvements
- 301 redirect and URL architecture management โ coordinated with SEO to maintain migration integrity and avoid traffic loss

UX/UI Design
- UX-driven page design โ applying information architecture, visual hierarchy, and user flow principles to every page build โ not just making things look good, but making them work
- Conversion rate optimization โ hypothesis-driven iteration on landing pages, CTAs, forms, and page layouts using heatmaps, session recordings, and GA4 behavior data
- Design system stewardship โ maintaining consistent component patterns, typography, spacing, and color usage across the site in alignment with the 'pin' theme brand standards
- Mobile-first and accessibility standards โ WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and responsive behavior across all new and redesigned pages
- Landing page design and build for paid media โ pages optimized for quality score and conversion, aligned with Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Cross-browser and QA testing โ incognito testing, cache-aware review, and validating that implementations match design intent
Analytics & Tracking
- Conversion tracking infrastructure โ GTM container management, Google Ads and Meta pixel implementation, Freshpaint event QA, and offline conversion data pipelines
- Analytics instrumentation โ ensuring GA4 is capturing the right events, goals, and funnel steps to support marketing decisions
What We're Looking For
- Candidate must be located from the Philippines.
- 3โ5+ years of WordPress development experience โ custom theme development required; Divi Builder experience strongly preferred
- Strong PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript โ Bootstrap 5 proficiency essential; you should be comfortable debugging the cascade and writing clean, scoped CSS
- Hands-on Divi Builder experience โ you know how to work around its limitations, author code outside it, and paste in reliably without breaking layouts
- UX/UI design fundamentals โ you apply hierarchy, whitespace, contrast, and user flow principles by default โ not as an afterthought
- CRO mindset โ comfortable reading funnel data, forming hypotheses, and iterating based on what the data says
- Salesforce Web-to-Lead and form integration experience โ hidden field injection, UTM/GCLID passthrough, and validation logic
- Familiarity with GTM, GA4, and ad pixels โ you can QA a tracking implementation and identify misfires
- Git version control โ comfortable with branching, PRs, and structured deployment
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience โ a plus; you understand HIPAA implications for pixel firing and data handling
- Self-directed and resourceful โ there is no dedicated DevOps team; you own the stack and figure things out
