We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Marketing Director to lead marketing across three established brands serving both B2B wholesale and DTC eCommerce customers.
This isn't a role where you'll be asked to rebuild a department. The strategy, team, systems, and agency partnerships are already in place. We're looking for a leader who can optimize, scale, and elevate what's already working while helping drive the company's next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the President, you'll have a seat at the leadership table and play a key role in shaping business strategy through marketing.

✅ Lead marketing strategy and execution across three brands

✅ Coach and develop a talented in-house marketing team
✅ Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to drive revenue growth
✅ Own campaign planning, product launches, and go-to-market execution
✅ Analyze and communicate marketing performance using KPIs including ROAS, MER, CAC, Conversion Rate, and Revenue
✅ Oversee Shopify, HubSpot, GA4, marketing automation, and agency partnerships
What We're Looking For
✔️ 10+ years of marketing leadership experience
✔️ Experience marketing to both DTC/eCommerce and Wholesale/B2B customers
✔️ Strong business acumen with a proven ability to use analytics to drive growth
