About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Remote Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging promotional videos, animated advertisements, short-form social media content, and various motion graphics for Coalition Technologies and our diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in video editing, motion graphics, storytelling, and animation, with a keen eye for visual detail and a passion for digital content creation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in motion graphics and video editing
• Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
• Ability to create short-form promotional videos from concept to final delivery
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements
• Own camera, lighting, and shooting space for independent video production
• Experience recording narrations and voice-overs
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Professional presentation skills for client meetings
• Reliable workstation with high-performance hardware and stable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Create engaging promotional videos for Coalition Technologies and clients
• Design animated banners and short-form videos tailored for social media campaigns
• Develop text animations, logo animations, character animations, and other motion graphics for various digital media
• Follow creative briefs, scripts, and design assets provided by clients and internal teams
• Develop video concepts, write scripts, and create storyboards as needed
• Participate in client meetings to understand project goals and present creative ideas
• Collaborate with digital producers to strategize video content that aligns with client objectives
• Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, PPC specialists, and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution
• Optimize videos for specific formats and upload to relevant media platforms
• Stay updated with the latest trends in storytelling, motion graphics, and social media content
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards and company methodologies
