We're looking for a talented Creative Designer to join our growing digital marketing agency.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys designing everything from high-performing Meta ads and motion graphics to restaurant menus, brochures, branding materials, and other marketing collateral. If you're passionate about great design and excited about using AI to work smarter, we'd love to hear from you.

We are a full-service digital marketing agency working with clients across hospitality, tourism, retail, real estate, and many other industries. We create paid advertising campaigns, branding, print materials, and digital marketing assets that help businesses grow.
What you'll do
- Design high-performing static and animated Meta ads
- Create creatives for Facebook and Instagram Feed, Stories, Reels, and Carousel ads
- Design YouTube ad creatives and supporting campaign assets
- Design and update Instagram Story Highlights
- Produce motion graphics for paid advertising campaigns
- Design restaurant menus, brochures, flyers, posters, signage, and other print materials
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production
- Collaborate with our marketing strategists and media buyers to develop high-converting creatives
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, image generation, editing, and creative production
- Manage multiple client brands while maintaining a consistently high standard of design

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing both digital advertising and print design
- Excellent Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills
- Good After Effects skills for motion graphics
- Experience designing creatives for Meta Ads
- Good understanding of advertising design, typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to prepare print-ready artwork
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently in a remote team
Bonus Skills
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Runway
- Midjourney
- Kling
- Veo
- Adobe Firefly
- ChatGPT
- Figma
- Blender or Cinema 4D
- Photography or photo retouching
