About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced THWB PHP Developer (Backend) to join our innovative team. In this fully remote position, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that support our wellbeing platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in building scalable, secure, and efficient APIs and backend services that enable seamless integration with our front-end applications and third-party services. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform's architecture and performance. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional backend development experience, with a proven track record of delivering scalable applications.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on PHP development experience, with a portfolio of production-level applications.
• Strong expertise in MySQL, including relational database design, query optimization, and management.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, including services such as EC2, RDS, Lambda, and S3.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, particularly Git.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, security best practices, and secure coding standards.
