We're working with a fast-growing edtech startup that's looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join its Market Intelligence team.
This is a proper growth role for someone early in their data career. You'll get real ownership from day one, plenty of variety, and the kind of learning curve that sets you up well for the years ahead. The team is fully remote, tight-knit, and runs on trust rather than micromanagement — you manage your own time and own your work.
What you'll be doing
- Sourcing, cleaning and structuring data so it's ready to actually use
- Writing SQL to pull and combine data for analysis and reporting
- Building and maintaining dashboards the wider business relies on
- Turning numbers into clear, simple insights for non-technical people
- Spotting and fixing data quality issues before they cause headaches

- Strong Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, lookups, cleaning
- Some experience building basic reports or dashboards
- A sharp eye for detail, and someone who digs for the root cause rather than taking data at face value
- A good communicator who asks the right questions instead of waiting to be told
