Job Description
Vice President of Finance and Accounting
Remote (U.S.) โ with Required Travel to Florida HQ | Full-Time, Executive
Reports To: President / CEO
About the Role
The Vice President of Finance and Accounting is the senior finance operator responsible for protecting the financial integrity of the organization while actively enabling growth, execution, and operational speed across all business verticals. This role owns accounting discipline, cash management, financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, settlement economics, and financial decision support across payments, ACH, cashless ATM, ATM, merchant services, fintech products, hardware, partnerships, and any future affiliated business lines.
This is not a traditional back-office finance role. The VP of Finance and Accounting must operate as a business partner to Sales, Operations, Compliance, Product, Customer Support, Banking, Risk, and Executive Leadership โ bringing financial rigor without becoming a bottleneck.
Reporting directly to the President / CEO, this leader will sit at the intersection of finance, accounting, operations, partnerships, banking, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a unicorn hybrid: technically strong in accounting and finance, but commercially minded, operationally useful, and comfortable supporting a complex, fast-moving fintech and merchant-services organization.
Location & Travel
This role is remote, with the expectation that candidates are open to spending time at our Florida office initially, transitioning to at least monthly travel to corporate headquarters thereafter. Overnight travel should be expected as part of this cadence. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who would prefer to relocate.
Compensation & Perks

- 100% of insurance premiums paid for by the employer
