About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Architecture to design and lead enterprise-scale Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and LLM-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI architecture, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, MLOps, and cloud platforms, with a strong background in building scalable, production-ready AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Lead the development of scalable AI applications for NLP, multimodal AI, and intelligent automation.
- Build and optimize prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and AI agent frameworks.
- Design cloud-native AI architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Establish MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Develop APIs and microservices for AI integration.
- Mentor AI/ML engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure AI security, governance, Responsible AI, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering/AI experience with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, and transformer models (GPT, Llama, BERT, T5).
- Strong experience in RAG, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), AI Agents, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, REST APIs, MLflow/Kubeflow, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in AWS (Bedrock/SageMaker), Azure OpenAI, or GCP Vertex AI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Multimodal AI (Stable Diffusion, CLIP, Whisper).
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Security, and Model Governance.
- Experience leading AI engineering teams and enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications are a plus.
