We are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Amazon PPC & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our advertising accounts.
This is not a role for a "robot" who just pushes buttons. We are looking for a sharp, holistic marketer who understands the big picture-how pricing, conversion rates, and inventory connect with ad spend. You will manage a high-scale budget (over $100K/month) and work hand-in-hand daily with our Brand Managers to drive profitability and aggressive growth.
- Job Scope: Full-time, 100% Remote.
- Eligible Locations: This position is open strictly to candidates physically located in Ukraine, Serbia, or Argentina who can align with EET/CET or ART time zones.
- Working Schedule: Monday–Friday (collaborating closely and maintaining daily overlap with our Tel Aviv-based team).
- Availability: High responsiveness, including partial availability on weekends to monitor high-budget campaigns.
- Daily Campaign Optimization: Dive deep into Amazon Campaign Manager (SP, SB, SD), making data-driven "scale vs. cut" decisions based on strict targets (ACOS, TACOS, CVR, CPC).
- Brand Collaboration: Conduct daily touch-bases and sales meetings with Brand Managers to sync on specific SKUs, inventory levels, and product lifecycles.
- Market & Competitor Research: Live and breathe the marketplace. You’ll actively search keywords on Amazon daily to analyze competitors, monitor listing issues, and spot trends.
- Search Term Mining: Extract winners from reports, move them into structured campaigns, and aggressively manage negative targeting.
- Automation & AI Leverage: Utilize cutting-edge automation and AI tools (Scale Insights, Claude, etc.) to streamline workflow and maintain absolute order.
- Omnichannel Expansion: Take ownership of off-Amazon digital advertising (Google Ads & Facebook Ads) to drive external traffic and build a full-stack performance marketing machine.

- Proficiency using Claude CoWork as well as other AI tools.
- Extensive Amazon PPC Experience: Proven track record of managing high-budget Amazon ad accounts directly inside Campaign Manager. You must be able to hit the ground running without extensive training.
- Advanced Analytics: Exceptional ability to read, analyze, and reverse-engineer Amazon reports. Deep keyword research and advanced Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, SUMIFS) are non-negotiable.
- Holistic Product Understanding: You look beyond the ACOS. You understand how advertising impacts organic rank, inventory, and overall brand profitability.
- Flawless English: High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy & Organized: Highly structured work methodology with experience using automation tools.
