Communications Manager in UNITED KINGDOM

This role is to be based full-time from our Head Office in Bangkok, Thailand; the Company will provide relocation support but only those willing to consider relocation should apply.

We are on the lookout for a Communications and PR Manager to spearhead our content strategy and drive our brand's presence in the digital wealth management sector. If you are passionate about creating impactful content and have a knack for storytelling that engages and converts, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication and PR strategies that align with our company’s objectives and brand identity.
• Manage media relations, including crafting press releases, pitching stories to the media, and building relationships with key industry journalists and influencers.
• Oversee the production of all marketing materials and content, ensuring they are consistent with our brand’s voice and messaging.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and initiatives.
• Stay abreast of trends in the web3 and blockchain industry to ensure our communications strategies remain relevant and impactful.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a communications or PR management role, preferably with a solid background in traditional finance, blended with fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency or the web3 sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team within a start-up / early-stage business.
• Excellent media relations skills and a proven track record in developing effective, measurable communication strategies.
• Proficiency in content performance analytics and KPI management.
• Professional fluency in English language verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
