Purpose Of The Role
As a Product Owner - eGaming, you will own the vision, roadmap, operational capabilities and end-user experience of BV360's eGaming product suite. Your domain spans the complete casino ecosystem, from supplier integrations and game aggregation, through the eGaming Portal and content management capabilities, to the customer-facing web and native mobile experiences delivered across our clients' brands.
Reporting to the Head of Head of Product & Partnerships (B2B), you will be responsible for expanding our global game provider network, evolving our multi-tenant content management capabilities and delivering engaging player features such as tournaments, jackpots, recommendations and personalised content experiences and will be working closely with Product Owners across PAM, Offers Hub, Payments, Player Retention, Compliance and Brand Configuration to deliver a seamless and connected player experience across the wider BV360 platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for the BV360 eGaming Portal, ensuring a best-in-class player experience backed by scalable multi-tenant SaaS capabilities.
- Owning the end-to-end player journey across casino discovery, game launch, gameplay entry points, jackpots, tournaments & personalised recommendations across web and native mobile applications.
- Managing the integration, optimisation and ongoing evolution of third-party game suppliers and aggregators, maintaining a catalogue that seamlessly serves thousands of titles across multiple operators, brands and jurisdictions.
- Driving the capabilities of the eGaming Content Management Module, enabling operators to independently manage game catalogues, lobby layouts, game tiles, localised content, assets and promotional placements.
- Leading the design and delivery of gamification and engagement features, including multi-supplier tournaments, progressive jackpots, recommended games, favourites, recently played and personalised content experiences.
- Defining, documenting and delivering product reporting and analytics requirements, ensuring operators have visibility into game performance, supplier performance, jackpot contributions, tournament engagement, player behaviour and commercial outcomes.
- Collaborating closely with Product Owners across the BV360 platform to deliver integrated player experiences spanning Offers Hub, Player Retention, PAM, Payments, Compliance and Brand Configuration.
- Working with game suppliers and strategic partners to evaluate new content, platform capabilities and opportunities that strengthen BV360's casino offering.
- Driving commercial outcomes by identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, game consumption and operator performance across the platform.
- Act as Product Owner within one or more feature teams, translating business goals into clear user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria and prioritised backlogs.
- Use product analytics, operational data and player behaviour insights to drive prioritisation, measure success and continuously improve the casino experience.

- Relevant experience as a Product Owner within iGaming, preferably owning a Casino Platform, Gaming Lobby, Casino Aggregator or related product domain.
- Strong experience building SaaS products in a multi-tenant environment, balancing platform standardisation with operator-specific configuration and localisation requirements.
- Deep understanding of casino player journeys, engagement mechanics and casino operational workflows.
- Proven experience defining data specifications, reporting requirements and business intelligence capabilities for casino products.
- Strong understanding of casino performance metrics, including turnover, GGR, margin, RTP performance, player engagement and supplier reporting.
- Proven track record of launching or managing casino gamification products, such as tournaments, leaderboards, jackpots or other engagement mechanics.
- Experience designing or optimising backend operational tools that support content management, digital assets, localisation and high-frequency catalogue updates.
- Comfortable discussing APIs, supplier integrations, seamless wallets, content metadata, event-driven architectures and UI/UX considerations with engineers and technical stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics and experimentation to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, design, commercial and operational teams.
