About the Role
We are seeking a Vector Artist (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on vector illustration, digital artwork creation, graphic design, and AI-generated visual content evaluation.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated vector illustrations, logos, icons, scalable artwork, and graphic assets. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for illustration, branding, creative design, and computer vision applications.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in vector illustration, graphic design, branding, digital art, print design, or creative production.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing real-world vector illustration and graphic design scenarios.
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated vector artwork, logos, icons, illustrations, and branding assets.
- Assess AI outputs for design quality, scalability, accuracy, visual consistency, and production readiness.
- Create and refine vector illustrations using clean, scalable graphics suitable for digital, print, branding, packaging, and marketing applications.
- Develop and edit artwork in Adobe Illustrator, utilizing layers, artboards, pen tools, shape builders, gradients, clipping masks, and other vector editing techniques.
- Build and optimize vector paths, ensuring smooth curves, accurate anchor points, clean outlines, and well-structured artwork for production and editing.
- Design and prepare logos and vector artwork with attention to balance, typography, alignment, color consistency, scalability, and brand identity requirements.
- Review AI-generated vector assets for path accuracy, editability, scalability, visual aesthetics, and compliance with professional design standards.
- Identify path errors, overlapping objects, inconsistent strokes, alignment issues, color mismatches, and production defects in AI-generated artwork.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in vector illustration, logo generation, and graphic design workflows.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in vector illustration, graphic design, branding, digital art, or creative production.
- Creating professional vector illustrations for print, digital media, branding, packaging, or advertising.
- Using Adobe Illustrator to create, edit, and optimize scalable vector graphics.
- Building clean and accurate vector paths using pen tools, anchor point editing, pathfinder operations, and shape construction techniques.
- Designing logos and vector artwork with strong attention to composition, scalability, color harmony, and production standards.
- Reviewing AI-generated vector graphics for technical quality, editability, scalability, and commercial usability.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Figma, Affinity Designer, or other vector design software is preferred.
- Strong artistic skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated vector artwork for design quality, technical accuracy, and production readiness.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating logos, icons, infographics, illustrations, packaging artwork, brand identity assets, or marketing graphics.
- Experience preparing vector artwork for commercial printing, engraving, embroidery, CNC cutting, laser cutting, vinyl cutting, or screen printing.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools, generative AI, computer vision datasets, or image annotation projects.
- Knowledge of SVG, EPS, PDF, AI, and other vector file formats is an advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing professional vector illustrations, logo designs, and branding projects is highly desirable.
