Optomi, in partnership with a global information services company, is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Engineer to join their team! This role is ideal for an experienced infrastructure and operations professional with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), cloud technologies, and enterprise operations. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in driving service reliability, availability, and operational excellence while supporting enterprise ITSM processes and leveraging AI and automation to improve service delivery.

Experience of the right candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 7+ years supporting IT operations within large-scale enterprise environments
- 5+ years of experience with Cloud, Infrastructure, and Network technologies
- Strong understanding of AI and automation within IT Service Management
- Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, PagerDuty, and/or xMatters
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure & Operations concepts and best practices
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages preferred
- Exposure to Spec Driven Development, Vibe Coding, or AI Agent creation is a plus
- Understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps practices as they relate to Change Management
