Responsibilities
- Leading a team, not only using technical skills, but also soft skills (mentoring, inspiring your team 😊).
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of skilled programmers.
- Actively participating in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Having technical knowledge within the tools in the technological stack.
- Having sound decision-making skills where you choose the best cause of action, even in complex situations.
- Implementing best practices for software development and coding standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Architect, Technical Lead or similar role in software development.
- Good knowledge of technologies we use (AWS, Ruby and Ruby on Rails, GoLang).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to make high-level design choices and enforce technical standards.
- Good proficiency in English (at least level B2).
