Event Marketing Program Manager
The Sage Group’s client, a global technology company operating across e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and AI that builds products and services used by millions of customers and businesses worldwide, is seeking an Event Program Manager to execute end-to-end event marketing strategy, planning, and operations of specific event workstreams or programs within the company’s Ads portfolio.
This role requires strong program management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality delivery. Ability to work independently and with little direction. You will be responsible for implementing event content strategies, collaborating across various teams and projects (e.g. product marketing, brand marketing, PR, sales, speaker programs, or specialized audience programs) and playing a key role in facilitating event programming and logistics pre- and post- event.
Program Management & Execution:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of assigned event workstreams or programs with a focus on event content strategy (examples: content operations, platform management, expo areas, audience-specific programs)
- Manage day-to-day program activities, including timeline development and stakeholder coordination
Event Planning & Delivery
- Implement standardized processes from the Global Events team
- Coordinate event logistics within assigned workstream(s)
- Support budget tracking and reconciliation

Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as primary liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams driving content strategy and execution and related workstreams
Basic Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in event program management, event marketing and/or event content management or related field
- Proven success managing event operations: Status reports to team and stakeholders, multi-budget management and reporting
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience supporting live event execution including experience with event management tools and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for reporting. Plus: Knowledge of event registration and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with live, virtual, and hybrid event formats for technology industry events (500+ attendees), including international event experience
Contract (6 months)
100% remote (will not travel to events), any location within the United States
$55 hourly, W-2, medical, dental and vision benefits offered
