About the Role

We are seeking an expert-level, highly technical Full-Stack Flutter & Dart Developer to take over the final architecture, stabilization, and deployment pipelines for Vura, a premium UK-registered beauty marketplace ecosystem.

The core application shell is built, but it is currently sitting at an Amber Readiness State. We need a seasoned engineer who can independently own complex marketplace routing, secure automated multi-tier escrow pipelines, integrate advanced logistics APIs, and lock down backend database security rules.

Crucial Requirement: This is a zero-bug delivery project. You will be fully responsible for testing your code, resolving all intermittent async layout crashes, clearing compiler warnings, and delivering a 100% flawless, premium production application to the App Store and Google Play Store.

If you are a slow developer who needs constant hand-holding, this is not the role for you. We need an independent, proactive engineer who catches bugs and fixes them before management even notices. You find the problem, report it, and ship the fix. Period.

Key Technical Scope & Deliverables

Financial & Escrow Logic Engineering: Implement a time-locked, dispute-sensitive server-side escrow framework (incorporating 48-hour client review windows, automated 24-hour payout delays, and instant hold mechanisms for disputed transactions).

Payment Infrastructure Mastery: Restore and configure native Apple Pay modules from git history, and deploy production Stripe configurations via Firebase Secret Manager.

UK Shipping & Logistics Engine: Integrate courier aggregator APIs to process dynamic shipping cost calculations based on package sizing matrices, tracking statuses, and digital QR code/label rendering. Build pathways for both "Ship to Home" and "Pick-up Point" routing.

Advanced Geofence Search Engine: Multi-city indexing and search matching algorithms allowing service providers to specify multi-city/global operating regions ("Service Areas") instead of singular static locations.

Database Access Rules & Security Auditing: Completely rewrite Firestore and Firebase Storage security schemas to secure private user metrics, chat nodes, and financial ledgers against unauthenticated global reads/writes.

Performance Optimization: Eradicate scroll-stutter and memory leaks by implementing image caching systems and infinite-scroll pagination rules on dense feeds. Ensure total tab state persistence.

Required Expertise & Qualifications

Expert Flutter & Dart Skills: Deep experience building highly responsive, premium, pixel-perfect layout interfaces. Deep understanding of asynchronous lifecycle management and state persistence.

Advanced Firebase Suite Knowledge: Mastery over complex Firestore database query structures, cloud storage bucket logic, Cloud Functions, and security rule hardening.

Marketplace Architecture Veteran: You must have a proven portfolio demonstrating you have successfully built and deployed multi-vendor peer-to-peer marketplaces handling complex backend financial transaction processing.

Strict Testing & QA Discipline: You must be highly proficient in validating your own deployment workflows, ensuring zero blank-screen glitches, non-responsive buttons, or silent transaction failures make it to production.

Store Deployment Expert: Seamless experience navigating the Apple App Store Review and Google Play Console publishing pipelines up to live public status.

How to Apply & Compensation

Compensation & Package:

Compensation: N700,000 to N3,000,000 (Fixed project fee, open to negotiation based strictly on your verified engineering experience and technical mastery).

Work Arrangement: 100% Fully Remote (Open to top-tier developers across Nigeria).

Contract Nature: Project-to-launch contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
