Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the JAMF environment to manage macOS and iOS devices.
- Deploy, update, and manage applications and operating systems on Apple devices using JAMF.
- Implement and enforce security policies, configurations, and profiles for Apple devices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Apple device management.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on macOS and iOS devices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with new features and updates from JAMF and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate JAMF with other IT systems and applications.
- Perform regular system audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Manage, maintain, support, troubleshoot, and optimize mobile solutions, making adjustments for future needs.
- Design, build, and deploy Enterprise Mobile Device Management infrastructure for clients.
- Handle image creation, patch management, and software distribution to ensure timely network-wide updates.
- Provide technical solutions and advice for complex systems, making decisions on operating procedures and analytical approaches.
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Manage and maintain Azure AD Connect and Azure AD directory services for cloud identity management.
- Onboard, provision, and deploy applications via the Intune platform, including packaging and MSI technologies.
- Understand and implement SSO and MFA technologies for SaaS applications.
Requirements
- Strong experience in JAMF administration and management of Apple devices.
- Proficiency in enterprise device provisioning, configuration, and life-cycle management.
- Expertise in troubleshooting issues related to both software and hardware, including malware identification and OS troubleshooting.
- Experience in image creation, MDT, and software update management processes.
- Hands-on experience with Intune platform design, build, and implementation, including integration with third-party services like Office 365.
- Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, Azure AD Connect, and Azure AD directory services.
- Ability to interact with customers, gather requirements, and mentor teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
