Algorithm Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Algorithm Engineer to join a high-performing team focused on mathematical modelling, probability optimisation and large-scale simulation.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise mathematical and probabilistic models.
• Develop and validate RTP, volatility and probability distributions.
• Build large-scale Monte Carlo simulations for model verification and optimisation.
• Design and validate RNG (Random Number Generator) algorithms.
• Analyse data to improve algorithm performance, stability and predictive accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable algorithmic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science or a related quantitative discipline.

Required Skills

• Min 5-8+ years of experience in algorithm development or mathematical modelling.
• Strong background in Probability Theory, Statistics, Combinatorics or Applied Mathematics.
• Hands-on experience with RTP, volatility modelling, RNG and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Proficient in Python, C++ or R.
