Skillset: Build Engineer (Manufacturing Engineer)
Location: Brownsville, TX (relocation assistance available)
Salary: 110K-135K + bonus
Must haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience of manufacturing/process engineering experience (internships/projects qualify)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze production performance data (SQL preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with welding, manufacturing automation, and process improvement
- Background in aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or fabrication
- Knowledge of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), root cause analysis, and quality processes
- Experience supporting mechanical assemblies, fluid systems, avionics, or production operations
- Proficiency with SQL/data analysis and manufacturing metrics (yield, throughput, scrap, downtime)
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills
- Advanced Engineering degree and startup/high-growth experience preferred.
