Job Description


A Series B AI-native marketplace company (backed by Scale Venture Partners, Felicis, A*, and DST Global) is hiring its first Field Marketing Manager.


The company just surpassed $100M ARR and 8x'd revenue last year — with almost no dedicated marketing function. You'd be the first hire to own field marketing end-to-end.


What you'll own:

  • Scale an already-working executive dinner series (8-10/quarter, real pipeline) bi-coastally across SF and NYC
  • Build the annual events calendar — conferences, sponsorships, owned experiences
  • Full budget ownership ($8-10K+ per event) and vendor management
  • Pipeline attribution and post-event ROI reporting
  • Direct partnership with Sales and executive leadership


What we're looking for:

  • 3-6 years in field/event marketing at a B2B tech company
  • Driven a high- value pipeline through field/event marketing at a B2B tech company
  • Experience operating in a high- growth startup environment
  • Scrappy self- starter comfortable building from zero infrastructure
  • Willingness to travel to events
  • Bonus: marketplace or AI-tech background


Compensation: $175K-$190K base + 10-15% bonus + quarterly variable comp tied to pipeline

Location: Onsite 5 days/week, San Francisco or New York
