A Series B AI-native marketplace company (backed by Scale Venture Partners, Felicis, A*, and DST Global) is hiring its first Field Marketing Manager.
The company just surpassed $100M ARR and 8x'd revenue last year — with almost no dedicated marketing function. You'd be the first hire to own field marketing end-to-end.
What you'll own:
- Scale an already-working executive dinner series (8-10/quarter, real pipeline) bi-coastally across SF and NYC
- Build the annual events calendar — conferences, sponsorships, owned experiences
- Full budget ownership ($8-10K+ per event) and vendor management
- Pipeline attribution and post-event ROI reporting
- Direct partnership with Sales and executive leadership

What we're looking for:
- 3-6 years in field/event marketing at a B2B tech company
- Driven a high- value pipeline through field/event marketing at a B2B tech company
- Experience operating in a high- growth startup environment
- Scrappy self- starter comfortable building from zero infrastructure
- Willingness to travel to events
- Bonus: marketplace or AI-tech background
