We are looking fora Process Engineer (Electronic Boards) - Relocation Spain in Valdepeñas in on-site job modality.
What are we looking for?
- An/a Process Engineer (Electronic Boards) - Relocation Spain, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas.
- Degree: Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
- Work Model: on-site
- Work Schedule: full-time.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in SMT manufacturing processes or electronic industrialization.
- Solid knowledge of screen printing, automatic placement, reflow profiles, and SMT soldering.
- Familiarity with AOI/AXI, SPI, and acceptability criteria according to IPC-A-610.
- Experience in process defect analysis and quality tools (ISHIKAWA, 8D, Pareto).
- Fluent technical English (minimum B2).
- Analytical, methodical profile, focused on quality and continuous improvement.

- Experience in ESD environments and the manufacture of critical electronic systems.
- IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721 or similar certifications.
- Knowledge of programming or adjusting SMT equipment (screen printing, pick & place, reflow ovens).
- Experience in NPI, product scaling, and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Knowledge of reliability analysis, environmental testing, or solderability studies. What will your responsibilities be?
- Define, implement, and optimize SMT processes (screen printing, pick & place, reflow, AOI/AXI optical inspection).
- Analyze and improve process capability (CP, CPK), reducing variability and defects.
- Develop and implement work instructions and process documentation.
- Validate new products (NPI) and manage their introduction into the production line.
- Perform time studies, failure mode analysis (FMEA), and control plans.
- Coordinate with design, quality, and production to resolve manufacturing incidents.
- Supervise the correct application of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and ISO 9001/9100 standards in all production stages.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S) and process automation.
- Evaluate new equipment, materials, and technologies for the improvement of the SMT line. What we offer you?
