Qualify prospective customers and coordinate discovery calls with the founding team
Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities
Gather customer feedback to improve products and go-to-market strategy
Stay informed on developments across stablecoins, digital payments, fintech, and blockchain
Represent Tylt professionally during customer interactions and industry events
Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to execute commercial initiatives

We're looking for a motivated professional to help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective merchants and partners, and supporting the adoption of stablecoin-powered payment solutions.

What You'll Do


As part of Tylt's commercial team, you'll play a key role in expanding our global merchant network and supporting our growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and engage businesses that can benefit from stablecoin-powered payment infrastructure.
  • Build relationships with merchants, fintechs, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, payment providers, and digital businesses.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
  • Research new markets, industries, and customer segments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Qualify prospective customers and coordinate discovery calls with the founding team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve our products and go-to-market strategy.
  • Stay informed on developments across stablecoins, digital payments, fintech, and blockchain.
  • Represent Tylt professionally during customer interactions and industry events.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to execute commercial initiatives.


What We're Looking For


  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, account management, customer success, or fintech.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable engaging prospective customers through LinkedIn, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong interest in fintech, stablecoins, blockchain, and cross-border payments.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:

  • Fintech or payment companies
  • Stablecoins or blockchain technology
