About Limo Miami
Limo Miami is a luxury transportation company serving high-end hotels, corporate clients, private aviation, events, VIP travelers, and high-net-worth individuals.
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to manage paid ads, content, lead generation, and weekly performance reporting.
This is a fully remote, hands-on execution role. You will not be managing a team at this stage. Limo Miami will provide raw photos, videos, brand direction, and campaign goals. Your responsibility will be to produce polished content, create and manage paid ads, optimize campaigns, track performance, and generate measurable marketing results.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Create paid campaigns for luxury transportation, airport transfers, hotel transportation, private aviation, corporate travel, events, and VIP services.
Edit company-provided photos and videos into reels, short-form videos, video ads, carousels, and promotional creatives.
Write captions, hooks, ad copy, headlines, and calls to action.
Manage the content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and YouTube Shorts.
Build retargeting campaigns for website visitors, video viewers, social engagement, and lead forms.

Track leads, calls, forms, cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, booked reservations, and campaign performance.
Prepare weekly reports showing results, what worked, what did not work, and recommended next steps.
Suggest improvements for landing pages, lead forms, website content, and ad funnels.
Requirements
Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience creating and editing video ads or short-form social media content.
Good understanding of paid media metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and lead quality.
C1-C2 English writing skills for captions, ad copy, and short marketing messages.
Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or similar platforms.
Preferred Experience

Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, landing pages, CRM tracking, or similar tools.
Experience marketing luxury, hospitality, transportation, travel, private aviation, events, real estate, or other premium services is a plus.
