This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working toward daily goals, and contributing to a growing remote recruitment team.


Responsibilities

  • Make 150–250 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates using company-provided lead lists.
  • Conduct structured phone screenings to evaluate experience, communication skills, and overall qualifications.
  • Introduce available job opportunities and answer candidate questions professionally.
  • Identify qualified applicants based on established hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
  • Meet daily outreach, screening, and interview scheduling targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment priorities.
  • Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and primary and backup internet connections.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, call center operations, or human resources is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting software is considered an advantage.
