Summary
We are looking for a motivated Remote Calling Associate to join our growing remote team. In this role, you'll make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for licensed professionals across the United States. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, working toward performance goals, and building a long-term remote career. You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the tools needed to succeed while working entirely from home.
Responsibilities
- Make 350–450 outbound calls each day using our CRM and automated dialer system.
- Engage prospective customers professionally and explain the purpose of each call.
- Schedule qualified appointments using internal calendar and scheduling software.
- Follow established call guides while adapting naturally to customer conversations.
- Respond to questions and overcome common objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and appointment details in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
- Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching meetings, and team huddles.
- Assist with additional outreach and support tasks when needed.

Qualifications
- Strong English speaking and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
- Reliable computer or laptop, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while staying productive in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, call centers, appointment setting, telemarketing, or phone support is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to apply coaching.
