Job Description


Enrollment Specialist (Remote)

Location Requirement: Dominican Republic or South Africa

Schedule: Full-Time | US Business Hours

Work Setup: 100% Remote

Hiring Preference: Female Candidates Only

We are a growing network of early childhood education schools across the United States and are seeking a highly motivated Enrollment Specialist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for prospective families, you will answer inquiries via phone, email, and web, follow up with leads, schedule campus tours, and guide families through the enrollment process. You will work closely with school leadership teams and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

This role involves spending most of your day speaking with American families, so excellent spoken and written English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective families
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails
  • Schedule campus tours and appointments
  • Guide families through the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking
  • Collaborate with school leaders to support enrollment goals


Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Warm, professional, and persuasive communication style
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage a high volume of leads and follow-ups
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment


Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Location Requirement: Dominican Republic or South Africa
  • Experience working with U.S.-based customers
  • Background in admissions, enrollment, education, or call center environments
