As a Graphic Designer at WX, you will create engaging digital experiences across websites, social media, and marketing assets for a diverse range of clients. You'll transform ideas into compelling visual designs, collaborate closely with our Brand Strategist, Developers, and Clients to ensure every project aligns with brand guidelines while delivering an exceptional user experience.

What You'll Do At WX
- Designing visual assets for websites, social media, sales collateral, etc.
- Conceptualizing creative ideas with our Brand Strategist and Clients.

- At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or Digital Designer, with a strong portfolio of digital and web design projects.
- Experience designing websites, social media graphics, sales collateral, and other marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive web design.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity website designs in Figma.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual design best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced agency environment.
